Dr. SNV Ganesh is a seasoned academic leader with over 17 years of experience in teaching and research. He holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an M.Tech in Power Electronics and Drives, and a Ph.D. in Power Quality. Currently serving as the Principal of Vijay Rural Engineering College (VREC), Nizamabad, he has been instrumental in leading the institution to achieve NAAC accreditation, marking it as the first engineering college in Nizamabad district to attain this recognition.
Dr. Ganesh is a recognized expert in the implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) systems, aligning academic programs with industry requirements and enhancing student learning outcomes. His deep understanding of accreditation processes has been pivotal in guiding institutions through the rigorous evaluations of the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). He is also well-versed in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, actively contributing to its awareness and integration within academic frameworks
Under his leadership, VREC has not only achieved academic excellence but has also fostered a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, preparing students to meet the evolving demands of the global engineering landscape
